ENHANCE YOUR HAIR | FAITH IN NATURE BRAVE BOTANICALS REVIEW

A girl's best treasure is her hair. Which means we need to look after it well. Hair makes up an an important part of your outfit on a daily basis, so it's crucial that it is always in best condition. Soft, silky hair gives a great feeling and whenever I have a good hair day I always feel more confident. Although I want to have my hair feeling fabulous I am against using harsh chemicals on my body and want to stay as natural as possible with any beauty products. Faith in Nature is a great brand for these reasons and my family have being using their products since I was a little girl.
I love this company for many reasons. They give peace of mind by having ethical policies. Any type of product being fair trade and organic is very important to me. I believe that a product shouldn't just make me feel and smell great, it also shouldn't have harmed anyone or anything along the way, whether it be the land, people or animals.

Faith in nature have being making shampoo and shower gels for over 40 years and throughout that time, they've created numerous exquisite fragrances. Recently, they've released a new range called Brave Botanicals, which contain all the great parts of their original shampoo with perfect enhancements. I love their products in this range and really wanted to share them with you.

The first Brave Botanicals product I tried was the Damask Rose with Neroli shampoo. First of all, I would like to say how much I admire the packaging on these products. As a graphics enthusiast, the cleverly thought-out design really stands out to me and I love the correlation of vibrant splashes of colour on each bottle. Each scent in the Brave Botanicals range serves a different purpose and there is plenty for a variety of hair types. This one is actually for dry, damaged & coloured hair, none of which I have, but my Mum picked this without realising. The shampoo itself smells like a freshly opened box of Turkish Delight (which I adore). As it isn't designed for my hair, I was a bit dubious to try it at first and I didn't have much success with my first few washes using it; my hair looked slightly greasy and lacked it's usual curl. However, once I realised that using less of the solution worked best, I have had great results. I think that if you do have coloured or damaged hair it would work an absolute treat at restoring the softness and volume.

The next product I tried was the Ripe Kiwi with Lime conditioner. I usually use Faith in Nature's ordinary conditioner which works wonders, this is on a whole other level. I wouldn't usually opt for a Kiwi flavoured item but I wanted to try this one.The beautiful scent fills the room as soon as you open the bottle and whisks you away to a tropical island. Apart from the scent I mainly picked this particular conditioner because it is designed for Normal Hair, which I would describe myself as having. After the first time using this conditioner, I was amazed! My hair feels softer than ever and my natural curls have been really enhanced by using it. The conditioner itself is quite concentrated and therefore, little amounts go a long way. It claims on the bottle to give a smooth shine, which is completely true. I normally only use conditioner on the ends of my hair but with this one, I feel brave enough to try it on my whole head.

  3. I love your photography!

The products in the photos look great, but I don't think that they would suit my hair type, personally. I love the fact the brand is sustainable and cruelty free- that is really encouraging!
